Sound is such an important element in my film opening because there's not a lot of non-diegetic sound that's going to be added. I want the opening to be quiet, with only a few sounds here and there. Such as the soft sound of walking on sand, and the rustling of clothing. Here are some ideas from me!
- Clothes moving sounds: fingers retying hair, braid sliding through fingers, fabric rubbing when she moves.
- Beach sounds: wind over sand, wood hitting each other, sound of waves, walking on sand.
- Foraging sounds: leaves brushing, twig snapping, looking through bushes.
- Newspaper sounds: rustling, wind blowing on it.
